Appellees-defendants were by jury verdict found to be not guilty of four counts of bribery with which they were charged in an amended information. They were found guilty under a fifth count predicated upon section 833.04, Florida Statutes, F.S.A.,1 interdictory of conspiracies to commit noncapital felonies.
