This is an action instituted by Mrs. Wilson Constantin for physical injuries which she received in an accident which occurred on March 24, 1960, in the City of Crowley, Louisiana. Her husband joins her in the suit seeking the medical expenses incurred for the treatment of his wife as a result of the accident.
