New Amsterdam Casualty Company, the workmen's compensation insurer of Ronald A. Coco, Inc., instituted proceedings by rule nisi in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 23:1331 to discontinue its weekly workmen's compensation payments of $26.55 being paid to Emerson Holmes under a decree of date April 13, 1956 wherein the said Holmes was adjudged to be totally and permanently disabled within the meaning of the Workmen...
