This is an appeal from the District Court's order denying motion to vacate sentence under provisions of Title 28, United States Code, Section 2255.

On August 6, 1958, appellant Johnson waived right to counsel and indictment and entered plea of guilty to violations of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2312. He was sentenced to a term of five years. He entered the penitentiary on August 20, 1958. On September 29, 1958, he was admitted...
