The circuit court entered a judgment permanently enjoining defendant Clyde Conaway, a former employee of plaintiff furnace company, from threatening or doing acts intended to injure plaintiff's business. Defendant prosecutes this appeal.

The company employed Conaway on May 1, 1960, as a furnace cleaning and service man and discharged him on August 15, 1960. Two days later the company filed its petition...
