MURPHY, JUSTICE.

The four cases involved in this appeal arose out of a collision at an uncontrolled intersection at Sixth Avenue North and Fourth Street in Minneapolis. An Oldsmobile owned by Eugene Alton and driven by Michael Alton, going east on Fourth Street, collided with a taxicab operated by Gary Raymond, who was going north on Sixth Avenue.
