The defendant, Tom Willie Clark, was found guilty under two indictments charging him with the unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages in violation of § 4-58, Code of 1950, as amended, and alleging that he had been previously convicted of a number of violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, pursuant to Code § 4-91.
