In September, 1955, in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Blue Ridge Flooring Company, Inc., sued three non-resident lumber companies, Rhodes Flooring Company, Inc., Independence Hardwood Corporation, and Rhodes Hardwood Flooring Corp. for $4,966.70, for the sales price of lumber it had sold and delivered to them, or some of them, at various times.
