This is a suit for damages arising from personal injuries and property damage sustained in a collision which occurred on April 16, 1957, on U.S. Highway 84 in Concordia Parish. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, in solido, in the amount of $4,000 plus interest and costs, defendants prosecute this appeal.
