Appellant insurance company, a Pennsylvania corporation not licensed to do business in the District of Columbia, issued an automobile insurance policy to a Virginia dealer and appellee, a resident of the District of Columbia. The record reveals that appellee entered into the contract of insurance in the District of Columbia and that the policy was countersigned by a representative of the company in Virginia.
