The plaintiff in error contends that the verdict for the defendants was not supported by the evidence in that there was no evidence to support any charge of negligence against the plaintiff which was the basis of the cross-action. A finding that the plaintiff was driving at an illegal rate of speed was authorized. A finding was authorized that the defendants were driving at from 35 to 40 miles per hour, or more.
