In the first cause of action plaintiff sought to recover from defendant insurance company the proceeds of a life insurance policy issued on the life of her husband.

In a second cause of action plaintiff sought a declaration that the other defendants had no interest in the proceeds.

Defendant insurance company deposited the proceeds with the clerk of the court, and an order was made discharging the company from liability under the policy...
