This action was brought by appellees against appellants to quiet title to a 33 acre tract of land situated in Jasper County, Indiana, alleging that they are the owners thereof in fee simple. Appellants filed their counter-claim alleging that they are the owners in fee simple of said real estate and asking that their title be quieted.
