This is a suit in tort filed by Mrs. Arthur O. Sinclair against Walter J. Cook, Jr. and his liability insurer, Hardware Mutual Casualty Company for the death of her late husband, Arthur O. Sinclair. At the time of the accident Mr. Sinclair, the deceased, was a pedestrian, and Walter J. Cook, Jr. was driving the car which struck decedent. Mrs. Sinclair claims damages in the amount of $46,000.
