Everett B. Hawkins, appellant herein, has appealed to this court on questions of law a judgment of the court below affirming a decision of the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation denying him unemployment compensation. Hawkins was fired by the Columbus Coated Fabrics Corporation for allegedly reporting for work under the influence of alcohol, a charge which he denied, but which was upheld by the Administrator and the Board of Review of the Bureau of Unemployment...
