This is an action for $75,000 damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff on Sunday, September 23, 1956, when a car driven by the defendant left the roadway on U. S. Highway 69 in the State of Kansas, a short distance south of Kansas City, Missouri.
