HANSON, Judge.

This is an action to recover the reasonable value of personal services under an alleged implied contract. Verdict in the amount of $3,500 was returned in favor of plaintiff. Thereafter defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was granted by the trial court and plaintiff appeals.
