This is an action for personal injuries. The accident occurred in the course of construction of a building. The general contractors were Darin & Armstrong. Roofing subcontractors were Detroit Cornice & Slate Company, plaintiff's employer, and the Martin Fireproofing Corporation, of New York, defendant and appellee before us.
