We have before us two appeals from orders denying motions for amended findings or for a new trial in three actions brought to recover the proceeds of life insurance policies. The trial court held that decedent's four surviving children, who were plaintiffs, were entitled to the proceeds of two of the policies on his life and that the surviving wife, defendant, was entitled to the proceeds of the third policy...
