PALMORE, Judge.

This is a malpractice suit against two physicians. One was let out on a peremptory and the jury found in favor of the other. Plaintiff, who is the widow of the deceased patient and administratrix of his estate, appeals.

Bruce Engle, 41 years of age, entered the Methodist Hospital at Pikeville on February 18, 1957, for treatment of a respiratory infection. He was attended by Dr. W. F. Clarke, one of the appellees, who was his family doctor....
