Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of section 321.281, Code 1958, I.C.A. Upon trial to court and jury he was found guilty and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding two years in the men's penitentiary. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Accordingly...
