Defendant was charged by county attorney's information and pleaded guilty to the crime of embezzlement by a public officer, in violation of section 710.1, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was sentenced to the men's penitentiary for an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years, fined in the sum of $11,397.49, the amount of money embezzled, and forever disqualified from holding any office under the laws of this state, all pursuant to section 710.2.
