The appellant, General Electric Company, is a New York corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing a great variety of electrical machines and devices. There can be no doubt whatever that it is engaged in "commerce" as defined in § 2(6) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, 29 U.S.C.A. § 152 (6) and is therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board...
