POWERS, Justice.

This is an action in assumpsit to recover in money the value of a round trip to Hawaii for two, which was the subject of a door prize, so called, won by the plaintiff at a food exhibition conducted by the defendant association. The case was tried before a superior court justice sitting without a jury and resulted in a decision for the plaintiff in the sum of $839.60 plus interest. It is before us on the defendant's bill of exceptions, the sole exception...
