Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, Second Offense, in violation of section 321.281, Code 1958, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was fined $500 and costs. In default of payment of the fine he was to be confined to the county jail one day for each $5 of the fine.
