LARSON, Justice.

On December 18, 1959, plaintiff filed her petition asking a divorce from defendant upon the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. Pursuant to defendant's motion to make her petition more specific, she amended her petition and included a second ground, that of addiction to habitual drunkenness after marriage. Subsequent to defendant's answer denying all allegations of wrongdoing, trial was had and the court dismissed the petition for failure of plaintiff...
