Defendants prosecute this appeal from a judgment perpetually enjoining them from using or maintaining the sides and backstops of a tennis court located in their front yard and further ordering them to remove this structure from their premises. The trial court based its judgment on the finding that a certain duly enacted zoning ordinance of plaintiff Town of Atherton prohibited the construction or erection of any accessory structure in the front yard...
