SANDERS, Justice.

The defendant, Marcel Hingle, appeals from his sentence of twenty years in the Louisiana State Penitentiary as an habitual criminal under a bill of information charging him with being a fourth offender.

The record discloses that Hingle was charged in bills of information Nos. 164,966 and 164,967 with the possession and sale of marihuana cigarettes. He pleaded not guilty in both cases. On March 30...
