The plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of M.Z. Hall, Jr., deceased, commenced this action against the defendant, Ross Taylor, by filing a petition in the district court of Stevens County on September 6, 1959, for the exclusive benefit of the next of kin, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of his intestate decedent.
