This is an action for the declaration of rights to a parcel of land (one strip 50 feet wide, and two strips — each 10 feet wide) formerly used as a right of way by defendant Pacific Electric Railway Company. Plaintiff claimed ownership of the strips on the alleged basis that he had acquired the reversionary interest. Defendant city claimed ownership by reason of a deed from defendant railway, allegedly conveying title except as to mineral rights...
