On October 1, 1954, defendants Jacob G. Hofer and his wife, vendors, entered into a written contract for deed with plaintiffs, Orville F. Ford and Ida C. Ford, his wife, vendees, for 560 acres of Campbell County land. The purchase price was $11,200 of which $1,200 was the down payment and the balance of $10,000 principal was to be paid $500 on October 1, 1955, and a like sum on each October 1st thereafter...
