Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Du Page County striking plaintiffs' amended complaint and dismissing their suit. The plaintiffs, by their amended complaint, seek to recover damages from defendants for breach of a contract for the sale of real estate. The amended complaint consists of four counts.
