Sensytrol Corporation, assignee of Harry Dickens, has brought this nonjury action against the Radio Corporation of America and others, charging the defendants with infringing Patent 2,238,040 issued to Dickens (hereinafter referred to as the '040 patent) by the manufacture, use and sale of a type of radar equipment referred to as CR-101-A.
