Paul E. McFarland was fatally injured during the morning of August 15, 1958 at a railroad crossing located within the City of Denham Springs. His wife, Mrs. Patsy Lee Kelly McFarland, and their two minor children (then aged one and two, respectively) survived him. Subsequently, the widow, individually and on behalf of the mentioned minors, instituted this suit to recover damages occasioned by her husband's accidental death which allegedly resulted...
