OPINION BY FLOOD, J., September 12, 1961:

In this case the question before us is whether a loss suffered by the plaintiff was covered by the insurance policy issued to him by the defendant.

The plaintiff is a furrier. Late in March, 1955, one LaRosa entered into an agreement with the plaintiff for the delivery of furs to LaRosa on consignment for sale to his customers. The furs were to be returned within forty-eight hours if not sold by LaRosa. If the furs...
