The first special ground of the amended motion for new trial contends that the following material evidence was illegally admitted by the court to the jury over the objection of the plaintiff at the time it was offered, on the grounds that it was hearsay and not admissible: "There was a lady come down there and she said she was a doctor and she looked at Mr. Camp and says, `He is just shook up.'
