Defendant appeals from a judgment entered after a jury verdict finding him guilty of robbery in the second degree (Pen. Code, § 211).

The evidence discloses that on January 24, 1961, at approximately 8:45 in the evening, the Bakersfield office of Western Union was robbed of $107.
