The plaintiff's complaint alleges that on or about December 15, 1949, an oral agreement was entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant for the purchase of 200 feet of lake property located in Marinette county known as "Lakebreeze Resort," and for the construction, erection, and operation of a resort thereon. The complaint further alleges that the plaintiff furnished cash, materials, and labor in the construction and erection of said cottages...
