Plaintiff brought this action against the defendants to recover the sum of $3,650 alleged to have been loaned to defendants at their special instance and request. The case was tried by the court sitting without a jury and judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $3,650, plus accrued interest and costs. Defendants have appealed from the judgment.
