This is an action for damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision between an automobile owned and operated by the defendant George Voss and a tractor owned by the city of Kearney and operated by its employee Gene Harvey. The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company and the city of Kearney were made parties defendant because of their right of subrogation in any recovery by plaintiff for payments made to plaintiff under the Workmen's Compensation...
