The plaintiffs, Herman B. White, Jr., and Helen R. White, his wife, have appealed from a final decree entered by the Circuit Court for Escambia County dismissing with prejudice their complaint in which they sought a decree ordering the transfer of a vendor's lien from certain real property to United States interest-bearing securities to be deposited by them in the court's registry.
