This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by a dog owned and kept by the defendants. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants' motion to set aside the verdict was denied, and the defendants have appealed from the judgment, claiming that the court erred in its charge to the jury.
