This is a suit by Estamae Ballen Stutes against Bankers Fire & Marine Insurance Company, plaintiff's collision insurer, to recover the sum of $3,349.52 representing the value of a 1958 4-door Nash Ambassador (also called a Rambler) automobile. It is plaintiff's position that this vehicle is a total loss as a result of an accident which occurred on or about January 19, 1959. The defendant insurer contends that the automobile could have been repaired...
