Defendant appeals from a judgment rendered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of unlawfully planting and cultivating marijuana in violation of section 11530 of the Health and Safety Code and from the order denying his motion for a new trial. The only question presented by the appeal is whether the evidence is legally sufficient to sustain the conviction, and after an examination of the record, it is our opinion that it is.
