These class actions, consolidated for trial, were commenced by the plaintiffs, members of the Negro race, against the Durham City Board of Education, to have declared the rights of the minor plaintiffs and the class of persons they represent to attend the public schools of the City of Durham without discrimination on account of race or color, and for injunctive relief. All the plaintiffs are citizens of the City of Durham, North Carolina...
