The city of Waukegan, on behalf of its charter school district, filed a petition in the circuit court of Lake County to condemn a six-acre tract of land for school purposes. In the same court the Waukegan Park District filed a petition to condemn a nine-acre tract for park purposes. The two tracts adjoin each other and have a common ownership.
