By this nonpayment summary proceeding, the landlord seeks a final order adjudging that the tenant is in arrears of "additional rent" of $6,480 with interest from July 11, 1960. The tenant in turn has claimed over against the third-party subtenant as to any liability adjudged against the tenant for these alleged rent arrears.
