DUBORD, Justice.

These two actions were instituted before the promulgation of the New Maine Rules of Civil Procedure.

The first action is one of trespass quare clausum fregit to recover damages for the destruction of line fence. The defendant pleaded the general issue.

The other action is a writ of entry to try the title to a certain traingular piece of land. The defendant pleaded the general issue and title in herself.
