This appeal is from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Jones County, which affirmed a judgment of the County Court in the sum of $1,700 in an eminent domain case in which the Mississippi State Highway Commission condemned 1.59 acres of land in the corner of a 68.5 acre tract of land belonging to the appellees, and severed less than an acre from the remainder of the said 68.5 acre...
