Syverson and Alice Syverson, landowners having certain mineral and royalty interests in the Tioga-Madison reservoir, from a judgment of the district court of Burleigh County affirming an order of the North Dakota Industrial Commission designated as Order No. 257, in case No. 235.

The Tioga-Madison oil field has been in production since the beginning of oil production in North Dakota, in 1951...
